How do I book?
Review our webpage under products and work out what you would like to hire, there are several packages depending on what you need so work out everything you are after.
Then please either call us to confirm availability or go to the booking enquiry form, please complete the form detailing all requirements and include the hire time frame, please remember if you are selecting for items to be shipped you must add 1 day each side of your hire to allow for delivery (more details can be found in the delivery section on the product page). Please also indicate the area you are looking to camp if you require our pitching service.
Once you have submitted your request we will confirm to you our availability with your chosen dates and equipment packages selected, we will then return with an invoice for final approval and payment instructions, note your booking will be held for 5 days from our reply if you have not contacted us back and made your deposit payment you will need to re-submit your enquiry.
Please note when submitting your booking enquiry form if you can provide an email address and phone number we will make sure we provide a text to let you know we have replied to your request and unfortunately we do know sometime our messages get direct to junk folders!!
What are the costs?
All of our packages have hire prices detailed on our product page, price varies depending on number of packages and length of hire.
On all hires there is the need for a 10% deposit, this deposit is required at time of confirmed booking.
Full payment is required 21 days before hire.
7 days before start of hire we will also require a security deposit to be put down, depending on the packages selected this will vary, the security deposit covers damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, missed or late collections. Full definitions of these can be found below. Once items have been returned, we will inspect and notify as soon as possible of any issues identified and have your deposit returned with 7days as long as there are no issues. This will be paid back as a bank transfer.
I've damaged the tent whilst I'm away?
If you have had damage whilst under hire please let us know as soon as possible as it might be we can help identify ways to prevent the damage getting worse, it might be we need to end the hire early due to damage making the tent unusable for example but we will go through this fully.
I have an issue during my hire what do I do?
Any issues just get in hold of us, each reason for contact will be different but rest assured we will support as best we can.
What payment methods are acceptable?
Once you submit your booking enquiry form, we will then confirm availability and return an invoice, the invoice will have our bank details to allow you to make the deposit payment. Once deposit has been made, we will update you invoice detailing the remaining amount and date remaining amount has to be paid, this again will be made through bank transfer.
What happens if I need to cancel?

On all hires there is the need for a deposit, this deposit is required at time of confirmed booking. Please note you can cancel up to 31 days before your intended hire for a full refund after this the deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is required 21 days before hire and any cancelation after this time will invoke our terms and conditions cancelation charges.
To cancel please just get in contact with us, depending on the reason for cancelling we might be able to offer alternative dates to suit or as above go around the refund policy.
Any refunds will be paid back by bank transfer.
What is included?
This will depend on the package requested, please see our products page to identify what will be in your selected package, if you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
What notice do I need to give to book?
To ensure we have availably we recommend as much notice as possible but that does not stop you booking the day before if tents are available but you would need to look at the collection only service as delivery or pitching won't be available. Depending on the notice time frame it might be full payment and security deposit is needed upon booking confirmation.
Delivery or collection what are my options and cost?
Please refer to our products page towards the bottom the section, Getting Your Selected Package, should answer your questions.
Where do you deliver to, can it go direct to a campsite?
We can deliver anywhere in the UK, if you live within 15miles of Bristol we can provide the delivery at a lower cost, beyond this we use our delivery courier charges detailed in, Getting Your Selected Package, in the products page.
What happens if I'm not in to receive delivery?
We can ask the courier to leave the package in a safe location as provided by you, please note if any items get stolen or damaged you are liable for the items upon delivery. This will be the same with collection, we can also collect from a safe location but any missing items up collection will be charged for.
Note if leaving in a safe location please ensure this is also suitably protect from rain as the packaging that we will deliver the items to you will need to be reused to return, if damaged you will either need to buy replacement packaging or request us to send more packaging but at your cost.
Do I need to arrange the return collection?
No we will arrange the collection the day after your last day of hire, we will get our courier to keep you contact on collection timing frames
What do I send the tent back in?
The packaging we will send you the tent needs to be opened carefully as this is what we will need you to return it in, if the packaging is damaged upon receipt, before opening please send us a photo so we can deal with the courier company and we will then send you replacement packaging to allow return.
I'm not sure what I need to hire will fit in my car?
We can advise on the space required when we know what you would like to book, if really worried look at our pitching service where you just simply need to turn up to enjoy.
How many can I have in my group?
This size of the tent indicates the number of people that the tent can't accommodate, sizes and layout of the tent are provided and please make sure you take into account the space needed for any additional items you take or hire from us, it might be you would rather hire a larger tent for additional indoor space.
Why do you ask for number of Adults and number of Children?
This will allow us to make sure we have the correct camp beds available when confirming your booking enquiry.
What campsites can I use your tents on?
Any UK sites can be used, if you want to book to go into Europe this can also been done on specific tent hire please detail your travel plans when contacting us?
If you are hiring a tent to use at a family or friends house then also this is acceptable, please ensure as always you have owner's permission.
Can I pitch the tent in my Garden?
Yes, just make sure you have enough space in your garden but this is a popular hire with customer who want to try out the tents we hire, if again you want us to pitch the tent this is an option, please let us know on the booking enquiry form.
Do we book the campsite for you?
Whilst we do have some campsites we are now working with and can also look at their availability you are not restricted to have to book a site through us, if you have not done this before and again would like to remove the hassle of this we can of course add this to our pitching service, again please highlight that you would like this option on the booking form, but please note we do have an additional management fee charge for this, typically 10% of the hire charge.
Can I extend my hire?
We get it once you go you won't want to come back, if you want to extend you hire please let us know and we will do everything possible to make this happen but depending on bookings already in place it might not be possible.
Can I buy the tent and any equipment rather than return from hire?
We ultimately hope you enjoy yourself that this does make you want to camp more regular, the easy answer is give us a call, it might be bookings already committed will not allow for this to happen, but if an option we will review with you how much use the tent has had and make a fair offer for purchase, this will happen fast so please be ready to reply same day or it might move into a late return.
The tent is dirty or wet when packing up is this an issue?

What can I use the tent for?
Apart for obviously enjoying your holiday, the tent is designed for your sleeping comfort, equipment use or storage and general lazing about in, we do not allow cooking in the tents, our tents have canopies if needed for cooking, our tents and equipment are flammable so please do not put yourselves at risk, please also be aware of Carbon Monoxide (CO) we also provide a handout for all our customers on this risk to ensure your safety.
Pets?
At this point we do not accept pets, whilst we are pet owners there are several reasons we have made this tough choice, unfortunately we have been made aware that pets have been left in tents on their own, this is not acceptable for several reasons in hot temperatures this is not safe for pets plus most campsite do not allow this, reason for this is you Pet is likely to miss you and or get protective of its new home so possibly will be noisy whilst you are away this creates negativity with your new neighbours. Finally, we are aware of the increase risk in damage or change of need to invoke additional cleaning cost. If this does impact your choice to hire from us, we would be grateful of the feedback as this will help us in future business decisions.
Can I change my dates?
Please contact us, if the date you want to change to are available then yes we can change the hire dates, if we have already dispatched the tent then there will be an additional charge to cover this, if you have asked us to manage a campsite booking we highly expect there to be a charge from the site depending on notice. Any charges we will notify you of before you confirm the change.
What if I'm not happy with my hire?
The purpose for us setting up the company was to share our love of camping, but it might be we have missed something on a prior inspection for example, in all cases please get in contact with us.
From experience and additional research, we have selected our tents and equipment based on supporting first time users to more regular users and sizes to accommodate accordingly but if something is not right please let us know.
